A stroll along the river is a wonderful way to start the month of May. From a May Day procession in Greenwich, and farm animals at Surrey Dock, to sitting on a sandy Thames beach looking at the sparkling waters swishing and churning with each boat's passing, is most refreshing. London is full of hidden gems and it can be very inspiring to get out and explore. Tapping whilst walking can be very liberating too. I recommend giving it a try even just choosing one tapping point, for example the side of the hand or collar bone point.
