Walking whilst breathing in the crispy air is such a grounding and refreshing way to start the day. It can be challenging to spend enough time in nature in the autumn and winter months, especially if you're used to walking after work at the end of the day. So why not switch your day around and get up a bit earlier for an invigorating walk in nature. That's what I did this morning and the benefits definitely stayed with me throughout the day. Then you'll really feel like you deserve a cosy evening and it'll set you up for a great night's sleep too.
